HCADS 学会简介About HCADS
弘文文化艺术发展学会（HONGWEN CULTURE AND ARTS DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY，简称HCADS）成立于2019年3月，是依据香港特别行政区法律注册成立的非营利性学术团体，注册地址位于香港中环德辅道中173号南丰大厦15楼。
学会由来自中国内地、香港、澳门、新加坡及马来西亚的十八位教育学者与文化艺术从业者联合发起。学会名取"弘扬人文"之意——"弘"为推广传播，"文"为人文教化，寄望以学术研究驱动教育革新，以文化对话促进艺术繁荣。
The Hongwen Culture and Arts Development Society (HCADS) was established in March 2019 as a non-profit academic organization registered under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Its registered office is located at 15/F, Nan Fung Tower, 173 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.
The Society was jointly founded by eighteen education scholars and cultural and arts practitioners from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, and Malaysia. The name "Hongwen" reflects the aspiration to promote humanistic learning: "Hong" conveys advancement and dissemination, while "Wen" refers to humanistic cultivation. Through academic research and cultural dialogue, the Society seeks to drive educational reform and support the flourishing of the arts.
学会的成立源于发起人在亚太教育界长期观察到的三重断裂：
The founding of the Society grew out of three gaps long observed by its founders in the Asia-Pacific education landscape:
理论与实践的脱节。大量优秀的教育实验成果止步于学术论文，未能转化为可在一线教学中推广的教学方案。教育研究者与教学实践者之间缺乏有效的沟通桥梁，导致学术产出与实际需求之间形成系统性鸿沟。
A gap between theory and practice. Many valuable educational experiments remain confined to academic papers and are not transformed into teaching models that can be adopted in frontline classrooms. The lack of effective communication between education researchers and practitioners has created a systemic divide between academic output and practical needs.
文化传承的碎片化。传统文化的当代传承缺乏跨学科视野。文化保育、学术研究与教育传播各自为政，力量分散，未能形成推动文化活化的合力。
Fragmented cultural transmission. The contemporary transmission of traditional culture often lacks an interdisciplinary perspective. Cultural preservation, academic research, and educational communication tend to operate separately, dispersing resources and weakening the collective force needed for cultural revitalization.
艺术评价的缺位。文化艺术创作者的学术地位长期被低估，缺少一套严谨、公正且被广泛认可的评价体系来认定其专业贡献，制约了文化艺术领域的人才发展。
A lack of academic evaluation for the arts. The academic status of cultural and arts creators has long been underestimated. The absence of a rigorous, impartial, and widely recognised evaluation system for professional contributions has constrained talent development in the cultural and arts fields.
学会自创立之初即确立了"教育为本、文化为魂、艺术为翼"的发展理念：
Since its establishment, the Society has upheld the development philosophy of "education as the foundation, culture as the core, and the arts as the wings":
教育是根基。学会关注从基础教育到高等教育、从课程设计到教师培养的全链路议题，推动教育理论研究与教学实践的深度对接。
Education is the foundation. The Society addresses issues across the full education continuum, from basic education to higher education and from curriculum design to teacher development, promoting deeper alignment between educational theory and teaching practice.
文化是内核。学会致力于搭建传统文化在当代语境下的传承与再生框架，促进不同文化传统之间的学术对话与互鉴。
Culture is the core. The Society is committed to building a framework for the transmission and renewal of traditional culture in contemporary contexts, encouraging academic dialogue and mutual learning among different cultural traditions.
艺术是表达。学会为视觉艺术、表演艺术、文学创作、设计等多元艺术形式提供学术评审与展示平台，推动艺术创作与学术研究的融合。
The arts are the expression. The Society provides academic review and presentation platforms for diverse forms of artistic practice, including visual arts, performing arts, literary creation, and design, encouraging closer integration between artistic creation and academic research.
