弘文教育研究与发展中心(HERDC)专家发展部负责学会的专家职务聘任工作,致力于建设一支高水平、跨学科、跨区域的学术专家队伍,为学会的课题评审、学术论坛、人才培养等工作提供智力支持。

截至目前,HERDC已聘任各级研究员120余人,涵盖教育学、文学、艺术学、历史学、哲学、传播学等人文社科各领域,形成了一个覆盖亚太主要教育与文化研究机构的学术专家网络。

所有专家聘书由弘文文化艺术发展学会统一签发,HERDC不具有独立签章权。

The Expert Development Department of HERDC is responsible for the Society's expert appointments. It is committed to building a high-level, interdisciplinary, and cross-regional team of academic experts to provide intellectual support for project review, academic forums, talent development, and other work of the Society.

To date, HERDC has appointed more than 120 researchers at various levels, covering education, literature, art studies, history, philosophy, communication studies, and other humanities and social science fields. Together, they form an academic expert network that reaches major education and cultural research institutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

All expert appointment letters are uniformly issued by HCADS. HERDC does not have authority to use an independent seal.

四级研究员职务体系Four-tier researcher appointment system

特聘研究员Distinguished Researcher

最高学术荣誉Highest Academic Honor

授予在教育或文化艺术领域具有卓越声望的资深学者。通常为博士学位持有者,正高级职称或同等资历,20年以上研究经历,具有丰富的学术领导经验。Conferred upon senior scholars with distinguished standing in education, culture, or the arts. Appointees are generally doctoral degree holders with a full senior professional title or equivalent qualifications, more than 20 years of research experience, and extensive academic leadership experience.

高级研究员Senior Researcher

资深研究者Senior Scholar

授予具有深厚学术积累的资深研究者。博士学位且10年以上研究经历,或正高级专业技术职称,在所属领域有系统性研究成果。Conferred upon senior researchers with substantial academic accomplishments. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree with more than 10 years of research experience, or a full senior professional title, and should have systematic research achievements in their field.

研究员Researcher

扎实学术功底Solid Academic Foundation

授予具有扎实学术功底和持续研究能力的学者。博士学位且5年以上研究经历,或副高级专业技术职称,在所属领域有一定数量的学术成果。Conferred upon scholars with a solid academic foundation and sustained research capacity. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree with more than five years of research experience, or an associate senior professional title, and should have a certain body of academic achievements in their field.

助理研究员Assistant Researcher

青年学术潜力Young Academic Promise

授予初步展现学术潜力的青年研究者。硕士及以上学位,3年以上研究经历,有明确的研究方向和初步的学术成果。Conferred upon young researchers who have begun to demonstrate academic potential. Applicants should hold a master's degree or above, have more than three years of research experience, and show a clear research direction with preliminary academic achievements.

为学会学术发展提供意见Advise on the Society's academic development

申请与聘任流程Application and Appointment Process

五步完成专家聘任Five steps to complete expert appointment

1. 提交申请1. Submit Application

符合条件者通过学会官网提交聘任申请,附个人简历、学术成果清单、代表性论著。Eligible candidates submit an appointment application through the HCADS website, together with a CV, a list of academic achievements, and representative publications.

2. 资格审查2. Qualification Review

HERDC专家发展部对申请材料进行审查。The HERDC Expert Development Department reviews the application materials.

3. 专家评议3. Expert Evaluation

弘文学术顾问委员会(HAAC)对通过审查的候选人进行评议。The Hongwen Academic Advisory Committee (HAAC) evaluates candidates who pass the review.

4. 聘任决定4. Appointment Decision

根据评议结果确定聘任等级。The appointment tier is determined based on evaluation results.

5. 签发聘书5. Issuance of Appointment Letter

由弘文文化艺术发展学会统一签发聘书。The appointment letter is uniformly issued by HCADS.

考核与续聘Assessment and Renewal

定期考核,支持职务晋升Periodic assessment, with promotion opportunities

聘期内,HERDC定期对研究员的履职情况进行考核,考核内容包括:During the appointment term, HERDC conducts periodic assessments of researchers' performance, covering the following:

  • 参与课题评审的次数与质量
  • 出席学术活动的情况
  • 指导青年学者的成效
  • 个人学术成果的持续产出
  • Frequency and quality of participation in project reviews
  • Attendance at academic events
  • Effectiveness in mentoring young scholars
  • Continued personal academic output

考核合格者可在聘期届满时申请续聘。在聘期内取得显著学术成就的研究员,可申请职务晋升。Those who pass the assessment may apply for renewal upon term expiry. Researchers who achieve significant academic accomplishments during their term may apply for promotion to a higher tier.
