弘文教育研究与发展中心（HERDC）课题管理部负责学会课题资助的全流程管理，面向学会会员及符合条件的研究者征集教育与文化艺术领域的科研课题。学会通过课题资助机制，支持学术研究的深入开展，推动教育理论与实践的创新发展。
自2021年启动首批课题立项以来，HERDC已累计管理课题逾180项，涵盖教育学、课程与教学论、比较教育、文化研究、艺术理论、文学批评、传播学、哲学、历史学等人文社科各领域，结题优秀率达34%。
The Project Management Department of HERDC is responsible for the full-cycle management of the Society's research project support program. It accepts research project applications in education, culture, and the arts from HCADS members and qualified researchers. Through this project support mechanism, the Society promotes in-depth academic research and advances innovation in educational theory and practice.
Since the first batch of projects was approved in 2021, HERDC has managed more than 180 projects across education, curriculum and pedagogy, comparative education, cultural studies, art theory, literary criticism, communication studies, philosophy, history, and other humanities and social science fields, with an outstanding completion rate of 34%.

港币80,000—150,000元/项HKD 80,000–150,000 per project
面向亚太教育与文化艺术领域的重大问题设立，要求以不少于3人的团队形式申报。课题周期2年，课题负责人须为学会高级会员或以上。Established for major issues in education, culture, and the arts across the Asia-Pacific region. Applications must be submitted by a team of no fewer than three members. The project period is two years, and the principal investigator must be a Senior Member or above of HCADS.
港币30,000—60,000元/项HKD 30,000–60,000 per project
面向个人或小型团队，鼓励对教育与文化艺术领域的具体问题开展深入研究。课题周期1-2年，课题负责人须为学会会员（普通会员需满一年会龄）。Open to individuals or small teams, encouraging in-depth study of specific issues in education, culture, and the arts. The project period is one to two years, and the principal investigator must be an HCADS member. Regular Members must have held membership for at least one year.
港币15,000—30,000元/项HKD 15,000–30,000 per project
专门面向40岁以下的青年研究者设立，课题周期1年，注重考察申报者的学术潜力与创新意识。须具有硕士及以上学位。Designed specifically for young researchers under the age of 40. The project period is one year, with emphasis on the applicant's academic potential and innovative awareness. A master's degree or above is required.
覆盖人文社科各领域Covering a broad range of humanities and social science fields
每年1月至3月接受课题申报Project applications accepted from January to March each year
HERDC课题管理部对申报材料进行形式审查。The HERDC Project Management Department conducts a formal review of the application materials.
组织该领域专家进行匿名评议。Experts in the relevant field are organized to conduct anonymous peer review.
公布立项名单，发放课题立项通知书（由学会统一盖章）。The approved project list is published, and project approval notices are issued with the unified seal of HCADS.

结题证书由弘文文化艺术发展学会统一签发。Completion certificates are uniformly issued by HCADS.
