弘文文化艺术发展论坛(HCADF)是弘文文化艺术发展学会主办的年度学术论坛,自2022年起每年举办一届,由学会秘书处项目管理部直接筹备执行。
论坛旨在搭建教育与文化艺术领域的高层次学术对话平台,汇聚亚太地区的教育研究者、文化学者、艺术家与政策制定者,围绕教育创新前沿、文化传承与再生、艺术教育发展、跨学科融合、数字人文等核心议题展开深入交流与研讨。
论坛通常与弘文文化艺术卓越奖颁奖典礼同期或前后举行,形成"学术交流+成果表彰"的年度学术盛会。
The Hongwen Culture and Arts Development Forum (HCADF) is an annual academic forum hosted by HCADS. Since 2022, it has been held once a year and is directly planned and implemented by the Project Management Department of the Secretariat.
The forum is designed to provide a high-level platform for academic dialogue in education, culture, and the arts. It brings together education researchers, cultural scholars, artists, and policymakers from across the Asia-Pacific region to conduct in-depth exchange on core topics such as educational innovation, cultural inheritance and renewal, arts education development, interdisciplinary integration, and digital humanities.
The forum is usually held at the same time as, or near, the Hongwen Culture and Arts Excellence Awards ceremony, forming an annual academic event that combines scholarly exchange with recognition of achievements.

邀请教育与文化艺术领域的知名学者发表主题演讲,分享前沿研究成果与学术洞见,为论坛定调并引发深度思考。Renowned scholars in education, culture, and the arts are invited to deliver keynote addresses, share frontier research and academic insight, and provide intellectual framing for the forum's discussions.
按主题设置多个平行分论坛,涵盖教育创新、文化传承、艺术教育、课程改革、数字人文等多个方向,每个分论坛设主持人与评议人。Multiple parallel sessions are organized by theme, covering educational innovation, cultural inheritance, arts education, curriculum reform, digital humanities, and related areas. Each session includes a chair and discussant.
围绕年度核心议题设置圆桌对话环节,邀请来自不同背景的学者与实践者展开观点碰撞,探讨教育与文化发展的关键问题。Roundtable dialogues are organized around the annual core theme, bringing together scholars and practitioners from diverse backgrounds to exchange perspectives and discuss key issues in educational and cultural development.
专门为40岁以下的青年研究者设置学术展示与交流专场,鼓励学术新生力量发声,促进代际学术对话。A dedicated session is provided for researchers under the age of 40 to present and exchange academic work, encouraging emerging scholarly voices and fostering dialogue across generations.

面向学会会员及经审核的非会员学者开放Open to HCADS members and non-member scholars who have passed review
所有级别的学会会员均可报名参加,享受会员注册费率。Members at all HCADS membership levels may register and are eligible for member registration rates.
在教育、文化、艺术等相关领域从事研究或教学工作的非会员学者,经提交简历审核后可注册参会。Non-member scholars engaged in research or teaching in education, culture, the arts, or related fields may register after submitting a CV for review and approval.
由学会或论坛组委会特别邀请的学术嘉宾。Academic guests specially invited by the Society or the forum organizing committee.
论坛学术成果由学会编辑出版论文集或专题报告,纳入学会学术资源库,供会员查阅参考。Academic outputs from the forum are compiled and published by the Society as proceedings or special reports, and are included in the Society's academic resource library for member reference.
