申报指南Application Guide
弘文文化艺术卓越奖（HCAEA）每年5月至7月开放申报，面向亚太地区教育与文化艺术领域的研究者、教育实践者、文化学者及艺术创作者征集优秀成果。
符合条件的个人或团队可通过学会官网在线提交申报材料，也可由高级会员或合作机构推荐。
HCAEA opens for applications from May to July each year, inviting outstanding achievements from researchers, educational practitioners, cultural scholars, and artistic creators in the fields of education, culture, and the arts across the Asia-Pacific region.
Eligible individuals or teams may submit application materials online through the HCADS website, or may be recommended by a Senior Member or a partner institution.
申报资格Eligibility
基本资格Basic Eligibility
- 在教育、文化、艺术或相关人文社科领域从事研究、教学或创作工作
- 申报成果应为近五年内的原创性研究成果或实践贡献
- 同一成果不得同时申报两个及以上类别
- Applicants must be engaged in research, teaching, or creative work in education, culture, the arts, or related humanities and social science fields
- Submitted achievements must be original research outcomes or practical contributions completed within the past five years
- The same achievement may not be submitted for two or more award categories at the same time

| 青年新锐奖Emerging Young Talent Award |
申报者须年龄在40周岁以下（以申报截止日为准）Applicants must be under 40 years of age as of the application deadline |
| 跨界融合奖Interdisciplinary Integration Award |
申报成果须明确体现跨学科或跨领域的融合特征Submitted achievements must clearly demonstrate interdisciplinary or cross-field integration |
申报材料清单Application Materials Checklist
通用材料（所有类别必须提交）General Materials (required for all categories)
- 申报表（通过官网在线填写）
- 个人简历或团队简介
- 身份证明文件（扫描件）
- 学历与职称证明
- 近五年主要学术成果清单
- Application form completed online through the official website
- Curriculum vitae or team profile
- Identification document (scanned copy)
- Academic degree and professional title credentials
- List of major academic achievements from the past five years
各类别专项材料Category-Specific Materials
教育创新奖Educational Innovation Award
- 创新成果报告（不少于5,000字），含问题背景、创新内容、实践过程、成效评估
- 教学实践证明材料（如课程大纲、教学反馈、学生成果等）
- 同行专家推荐信1封
- Innovation achievement report of no fewer than 5,000 words, including problem context, innovative content, practice process, and effectiveness evaluation
- Teaching practice evidence, such as course syllabi, teaching feedback, or student outcomes
- One peer expert recommendation letter
文化传承奖Cultural Heritage Award
- 研究成果报告或实践工作报告
- 代表性成果清单（出版物、策展、保护项目等）
- 专家推荐信至少2封
- Research results report or practice report
- List of representative achievements, such as publications, curatorial projects, or conservation projects
- At least two expert recommendation letters
艺术成就奖Artistic Achievement Award
- 代表作品集（视觉艺术需提供高清图片及作品说明，表演艺术需提供影像资料）
- 艺术履历（展览记录、发表清单、获奖记录等）
- 策展人或学术机构推荐信
- Representative portfolio, including high-resolution images and artwork descriptions for visual arts, or video materials for performing arts
- Artistic CV, including exhibition records, publication lists, award records, and related materials
- Recommendation letter from a curator or academic institution
青年新锐奖Emerging Young Talent Award
- 个人学术简历（含教育背景、研究方向、主要成果）
- 代表性成果（论文、作品或项目报告）
- 未来三年研究或创作计划书
- Academic CV, including educational background, research direction, and major achievements
- Representative achievements (papers, works, or project reports)
- Research or creative plan for the next three years
跨界融合奖Interdisciplinary Integration Award
- 跨领域成果报告（须阐述融合路径、方法论与成果价值）
- 合作方信息及合作说明
- 实践案例描述（含受益对象、影响范围等）
- Interdisciplinary achievement report explaining the integration pathway, methodology, and value of the outcomes
- Collaborator information and cooperation description
- Practice case study description (including beneficiaries, scope of impact, etc.)
