The HERDC Research Project Sharing Session is designed for Research Center members, collaborating researchers, and related experts. It focuses on project progress, methods, interim outcomes, and future transformation so that research projects can move beyond one-time reporting.

Background
Research Center projects need continuous feedback and material organization. The sharing session connects research members, experts, and partner institutions to identify issues, adjust methods, and transform interim findings into forums, reports, or public communication materials.
Session Process
- Project leads introduce research background, goals, progress, and current questions.
- Research members present case materials, field records, interview materials, or initial analysis.
- Experts provide suggestions on methods, material reliability, and outcome expression.
- Participants discuss transformation paths including reports, forum presentations, member sharing, and news release.
- The Secretariat prepares meeting notes and next-stage tasks as project development records.
