根据《弘文文化艺术发展学会章程》第八条及会员管理相关规定，2026年度会员续费工作即将启动，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、续费时间
2026年1月1日至1月31日为年度续费期。请各位会员在此期间完成续费，以确保会员权益的连续性。
二、缴费标准
- 普通会员：港币800元/年
- 高级会员：港币1,500元/年
- 荣誉会员：免缴
三、缴费方式
- 登录学会官网会员中心，通过在线支付系统完成缴费
- 银行转账（账户信息详见会员中心或联系秘书处获取）
四、特别提醒
- 逾期未缴费的会员，自2月1日起将暂停学术资源库访问、论坛优先注册等会员权益
- 连续两年未缴纳会费且经提醒后仍未补缴者，根据章程第九条规定，视为自动退会
- 如有特殊情况需延期缴费，请于1月31日前书面通知秘书处
五、会员升级
普通会员如已满足高级会员条件，可在续费时同步申请升级。请将补充材料（学位证明、职称证明或成果证明）发送至 contact@hweca.com，审核通过后补缴等级差额即可。

Dear Members,
In accordance with Article 8 of the HCADS Charter and relevant membership management provisions, the 2026 annual membership renewal process will shortly commence. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Renewal Period
The annual renewal period runs from January 1 to January 31, 2026. Members are requested to complete their renewal within this period to ensure continuity of membership benefits.
2. Fee Schedule
- Regular Member: HKD 800/year
- Senior Member: HKD 1,500/year
- Honorary Member: Exempt
3. Payment Methods
- Log in to the Member Center on the Society's official website and complete payment through the online payment system
- Bank transfer (account details available in the Member Center or from the Secretariat)
4. Important Reminders
- Members who fail to pay fees by the deadline will have membership benefits — including academic resource library access and priority forum registration — suspended from February 1
- Members who fail to pay fees for two consecutive years and remain in arrears after reminders will, in accordance with Article 9 of the Charter, be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn
- If special circumstances require a deferred payment, please notify the Secretariat in writing by January 31
5. Membership Upgrade
Regular Members who now meet the criteria for Senior Member may apply for an upgrade concurrently with their renewal. Please send supporting materials (degree certificate, professional title credentials, or achievement evidence) to contact@hweca.com. Upon approval, only the current year's tier difference fee is payable.
