为持续推动教育与文化艺术领域的学术研究，弘文教育研究与发展中心（HERDC）将于2026年1月启动新一年度课题申报工作。现将申报指南公告如下：
一、课题类型与资助标准

二、申报领域
教育学、课程与教学论、比较教育、文化研究、艺术理论、文学批评、传播学、哲学、历史学等人文社科领域。
三、申报条件
- 重点课题：课题负责人须为学会高级会员或以上
- 一般课题：课题负责人须为学会会员（普通会员需满一年会龄）
- 青年学者课题：课题负责人须年龄在40周岁以下，具有硕士及以上学位
四、申报时间
2026年1月1日至3月31日
五、申报流程
- 登录学会官网下载课题申报书模板
- 填写完整的课题申报书，附课题负责人简历及相关证明材料
- 通过官网在线系统提交申报材料
- HERDC课题管理部进行形式审查（4月）
- 组织同行专家评议（4月）
- 公布立项名单（5月）
六、结题要求
- 提交结题报告（不少于10,000字）
- 发表至少1篇学术论文或完成1项实践成果
- 课题成果须注明"弘文文化艺术发展学会资助"

To continue advancing academic research in education, culture, and arts, the Hongwen Education Research and Development Center (HERDC) will open the new annual project application process in January 2026. The application guidelines are hereby announced as follows:
1. Project Categories and Funding

2. Research Fields
Education, curriculum and pedagogy, comparative education, cultural studies, art theory, literary criticism, communication studies, philosophy, history, and other humanities and social science fields.
3. Eligibility
- Key Projects: Principal investigator must be a Senior Member or above of HCADS
- General Projects: Principal investigator must be an HCADS member (Regular Members require one year of membership)
- Young Scholar Projects: Principal investigator must be under 40 years of age and hold a master's degree or above
4. Application Period
January 1 to March 31, 2026
5. Application Process
- Download the project application form template from the Society's official website
- Complete the application form, attaching the principal investigator's CV and relevant supporting documents
- Submit application materials through the online system on the official website
- HERDC Project Management Department conducts administrative review (April)
- Peer expert evaluation organized (April)
- Approval list announced (May)
6. Completion Requirements
- Submit a completion report (no less than 10,000 words)
- Publish at least 1 academic paper or complete 1 practical outcome
- Project outputs must acknowledge "Funded by the Hongwen Culture and Arts Development Society"
