为进一步加强学会学术咨询力量，优化学科覆盖结构，弘文学术顾问委员会（HAAC）拟面向学会会员及合作机构增补委员。现将有关事项公告如下：
一、增补名额
本次拟增补委员5-8名，重点补充以下学科方向：
- 艺术教育
- 比较教育
- 文化产业研究
- 数字人文
- 传播学
二、基本条件
- 在上述学科方向之一具有深厚的学术积累
- 具有博士学位且10年以上研究经历，或正高级专业技术职称
- 在本领域发表过有影响力的学术成果
- 能够按时参加顾问委员会的学术咨询活动
- 学会会员优先
三、委员职责
- 为学会学术发展方向提供咨询意见
- 参与卓越奖评选标准的审定
- 参与重大课题立项的评议
- 推荐学术合作机构
四、委员待遇
- 委员任期两年，可续聘
- 由学会向HAAC新任委员统一签发聘书
- 出席学会年度重大活动的特邀资格
- 参与评审工作的评审劳务费
五、推荐与申请方式
- 学会理事或现任HAAC委员可书面推荐候选人
- 符合条件者可自荐，提交个人简历及代表性学术成果清单

To further strengthen the Society's academic advisory capacity and optimize disciplinary coverage, the Hongwen Academic Advisory Committee (HAAC) plans to recruit additional committee members from among Society members and partner institutions. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Vacancies
This recruitment round seeks to appoint 5–8 new committee members, with priority given to the following disciplinary areas:
- Arts Education
- Comparative Education
- Cultural Industry Studies
- Digital Humanities
- Communication Studies
2. Basic Qualifications
- Deep academic accumulation in one of the above disciplinary areas
- Doctoral degree with 10+ years of research experience, or full professor or equivalent professional title
- Influential academic publications in the relevant field
- Able to attend HAAC academic advisory activities as scheduled
- HCADS membership preferred
3. Committee Member Duties
- Provide advisory input on the Society's academic development direction
- Participate in reviewing HCAEA selection criteria
- Participate in the evaluation of major project approvals
- Recommend academic partner institutions
4. Terms and Benefits
- Two-year term, renewable
- Uniform appointment letter issued by HCADS to new HAAC members
- Special invitation to major annual Society events
- Honoraria for participation in evaluation work
5. Recommendation and Application
- Council Members or current HAAC members may nominate candidates in writing
- Qualified individuals may self-nominate by submitting a CV and list of representative academic achievements
