为适应学会发展需要，提升办公环境与服务能力，弘文文化艺术发展学会总部办公室已于2025年6月30日完成搬迁。现将新办公地址及相关事项通知如下：

2025年7月1日起正式启用

- 新办公区面积较原址增加约40%，设有独立的会议室和小型学术沙龙空间，将更好地支持学会日常运营及小规模学术活动的举办
- 所有邮寄材料（课题申报、奖项申报、会员资料等）请寄至新地址
- 学会官网及各类正式文件中的地址信息已同步更新

Dear Members and Partners,
To accommodate the Society's development needs and enhance the office environment and service capacity, the HCADS headquarters office completed its relocation on June 30, 2025. The new office address and related matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. New Office Address
15/F, Nan Fung Tower, 173 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong
2. Effective Date
Officially in use from July 1, 2025

4. Notes
- The new office space is approximately 40% larger than the previous location, featuring a dedicated meeting room and a small academic salon space, which will better support the Society's daily operations and small-scale academic events
- All postal materials (project applications, award nominations, membership documents, etc.) should be sent to the new address
- The address information on the Society's official website and all official documents has been updated accordingly
