各位申报人、推荐人：
第七届弘文文化艺术卓越奖（HCAEA）申报通道已开放，申报截止时间为2026年7月31日。为便于申报人完成材料核对，现就提交事项提醒如下。
一、申报类别
- 教育创新奖
- 文化传承奖
- 艺术成就奖
- 青年新锐奖（申报截止日未满40周岁）
- 跨界融合奖
同一成果不得同时申报两个及以上类别。申报人应根据成果的主要内容和证据选择最匹配的类别。
二、提交前重点检查
- 申报表中的姓名、机构、联系方式和申报类别是否完整一致。
- 个人学术或专业简历、身份证明及相关资格材料是否清晰可读。
- 近五年主要成果清单及代表成果材料是否与申报类别相对应。
- 需要推荐意见、实践证明、作品集或合作资料的类别，是否已按要求准备专项材料。
- 所有文件是否可以正常打开，中文与英文信息之间是否存在明显矛盾。
三、申报时间线
申报截止后，学会将依次开展资格审查、专家初审、终审评议和结果公示，年度颁奖典礼安排在11月。具体节点以官网评选规则和后续正式通知为准。
四、信息与材料真实性
申报人应对提交材料的真实性、完整性和授权情况负责。引用第三方数据、图片、作品或证明材料时，应注明来源并确认具有相应使用权限。

Dear applicants and nominators,
Applications for the 7th Hongwen Culture and Arts Excellence Award (HCAEA) are open and will close on 31 July 2026. Applicants are asked to complete the following checks before submission.
1. Award Categories
- Education Innovation Award
- Cultural Heritage Award
- Artistic Achievement Award
- Emerging Young Talent Award (under 40 on the application deadline)
- Interdisciplinary Integration Award
The same output may not be submitted to two or more categories. Applicants should select the category that best matches the principal content and supporting evidence.
2. Checks Before Submission
- Confirm that names, institutions, contact details and the selected category are complete and consistent.
- Ensure that the curriculum vitae, identity information and relevant qualification materials are legible.
- Check that the list of major outputs from the past five years and representative materials support the selected category.
- Where a category requires recommendations, evidence of practice, a portfolio or collaboration material, include the appropriate category-specific documents.
- Confirm that every file opens correctly and that Chinese and English information does not contain material contradictions.
3. Timeline
After applications close, HCADS will proceed through eligibility review, expert preliminary review, final deliberation and public notice. The annual award ceremony is scheduled for November. Specific dates are subject to the official review rules and later notices.
4. Accuracy and Permissions
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and permissions of submitted materials. Third-party data, images, works or supporting documents must be properly attributed and used with the necessary authority.
