各位专家、相关工作负责人：
为保证学会专家库公开信息准确、完整并便于持续维护，现就专家档案信息更新事项说明如下。
一、可更新内容
- 中文及英文姓名或规范拼写。
- 研究方向与专业领域。
- 现任机构、职务及公开学术经历。
- 个人简介及经本人确认可公开的代表性成果信息。
- 其他需要更正的中英文基础资料。
二、更新原则
- 信息应真实、准确，并能够通过本人确认或公开资料核验。
- 简介以专业经历和研究方向为主，不使用无法核实的荣誉、排名或宣传性表述。
- 中文和英文内容应保持基本一致，姓名、机构、日期和专有名词不得相互矛盾。
- 专家档案不公开私人联系方式、证件号码、家庭地址及其他无必要个人信息。
三、办理方式
需要更新档案的专家可将修改内容及必要的核验资料发送至学会官方邮箱。邮件中请注明专家姓名、需要修改的字段和建议文本。秘书处完成核对后，通过后台更新对应专家记录，无需重新制作页面。
四、页面维护
每位专家均使用独立档案记录管理。后续新增专家、修改简介或调整专业方向时，将直接在后台维护中英文信息，专家库列表和详情页同步更新。

Dear experts and responsible colleagues,
To keep the public HCADS Expert Directory accurate, complete and maintainable, the following guidance applies to profile updates.
1. Information That May Be Updated
- Chinese and English names or standardised spellings.
- Research directions and professional fields.
- Current institution, position and public academic experience.
- Biography and representative output information approved by the expert for public display.
- Other Chinese or English basic information requiring correction.
2. Maintenance Principles
- Information must be accurate and supported by confirmation from the expert or verifiable public material.
- Biographies should focus on professional experience and research direction and should not include unverifiable honours, rankings or promotional claims.
- Chinese and English records should remain materially consistent, particularly for names, institutions, dates and proper terms.
- Private contact details, identity numbers, home addresses and other unnecessary personal information are not published.
3. Update Procedure
Experts who need to update a profile may send the revised information and necessary verification material to the official Society email address. The message should identify the expert, the field to be changed and the proposed text. After checking the information, the Secretariat will update the corresponding CMS record without rebuilding the page.
4. Ongoing Page Maintenance
Each expert is managed as an independent profile record. New experts, biography changes and revised professional directions will be maintained in Chinese and English through the CMS, with the Directory list and detail page updating together.
